Volunteer with the Morris Group!
The Morris Group is a team of public health professionals dedicated to utilizing epidemiological methods to investigate the impact of individual, social, and structural factors on disease transmission, particularly within drug-using populations.
Our current projects include:

We are looking for volunteers who can commit to 6-10 hours per week for at least 3 months. This position is hybrid and may include on-site work at Mission Hall UCSF and other locations in San Francisco.
Volunteer responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Research site support, including creation of harm reduction & personal care bags, management of harm reduction materials, and providing support to front & back operations
- Website management, creation of dissemination materials, and communication
- Literature reviews to support research
- Qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to support research
- Support outreach team’s efforts with information gathering, material preparation, and attending meetings
- General support to members of the Morris Group
